Where anything on this website conflicts with that agreement, the signed agreement prevails.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GearTek Trading LLC will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, from any inability to use it, or from reliance on anything published on it — including loss of profit, business, data or goodwill.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Your use of this website, and any dispute arising from it, is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
The courts of the Emirate of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, have jurisdiction over any such dispute.
Where a signed service agreement specifies a different forum or dispute mechanism for a particular engagement, that agreement governs the engagement.
